 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The broadband is solid and excellent router to go with it, but what really sets them apart is the customer service.

When you ring, an actual person answers. When you send an email, you get a proper reply from someone who knows what they're talking about. No sitting on hold for ages or dealing with endless automated messages or chatbots!

What I really like is that if there's ever an issue, they usually let you know before you've even noticed. You don't have to chase them or spend ages wondering what's going on—they keep you updated and get things sorted.

Big thanks to James for getting me all set up. He's always been brilliant to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help.

Good internet is one thing, but having a company that's this easy to deal with is pretty rare these days. I'd have no hesitation recommending them.
