Health & Safety Notice for Customers re Corna Virus

The health and wellbeing of our staff & customers is of the utmost importance to us. With the COVID-19 virus spreading through Ireland we have put in place some measures to deal with this.

Prior to any service calls with our customers we will be asking whether they have returned from an “at risk area” or been in close contact with someone suspected of having or confirmed of having the virus in the last 14 days. If you are experiencing some or all of the following symptoms please let us know before we arrive at the property – cough, headache, fever and tiredness, shortness of breath and muscle pain.

Answering yes may mean that as a precaution we need to reschedule your appointment at this time but we will be back in touch as soon as possible to rearrange. In the rare scenario where this occurs, such orders will be rescheduled by Westnet for two weeks in advance, as the customer is not available in the short term. This is to ensure the safety of you our customers and that of our employees.

With regards to our employees attending your property we can assure you that we have no staff currently deployed that have travelled from an ‘At risk’ area in the last 14 days, rest assured that we are continuously monitoring the situation.

We will continue to monitor developments as they unfold and will keep you updated.

Stay safe from all of us at Westnet.
